Plagiarism
Plagiarism is when you present your writing as your original work when you actually copied information from another source and did not give credit to that source/author. The English II team of teachers expects students to use their own voice when doing an assignment. Plagiarism will result in an F because it is not reflective of the student’s knowledge and it violates copyright laws.

All students will see a presentation explaining what constitutes cheating and plagiarism and will be asked to sign a "contract" stating that they understand the implications and will not do it.
